Bayside Purpose: To help people know God, find family, live in freedom, and discover purposeBayside Big 5: Teachable, Called, Hungry, Others Focused, Positive AttitudePosition Status: SalaryWork Schedule: Full-TimeMinistry: Bayside Youth North River CampusPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the YTH director in accomplishing the following:Build TeamsImplementing the recruitment, empowering, retaining, and coaching of Bayside YTH volunteersDevelop, pastor, and empower leaders and coaches.Pastor Students and Volunteer TeamCreating opportunities for discipleship outside of YTH services.Building a life-giving relationship with students, parents, volunteers, and staffExecute Weekend ServicesImplementation of resourced content at your campusSECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:EventsPromote, and assist in the execution of YTH Night, YTH Camp, XII Conference and other Bayside Global Events.MeetingsAttend Employee On-boardingAttend All Staff meetings once a monthAttend monthly YTH Resourcing meetingsPERFORMANCE MEASURES:The ability to support the YTH director in accomplishing the following:The excellence of the overall service experience at Campus (service flow, check-in, hospitality, volunteer care, parent care, staff management, etc.)Ability to collaborate with the YTH director, peers and resourcingAbility to help the YTH director grow Bayside YTH at the campus both numerically and spirituallyCharacter & ChemistryPersonal integrity in all areas of lifeMust have completed the Growth Track at Bayside or moving forward in doing so.Is an active participant in a group and is a regular titherCulture God First – Prioritizes Gods presence and Gods word above all else.Prioritizes daily time with God and soul care.Lives and works with integrity and character using Gods word as the guide.Leans into Holy Spirit and stays flexible.Others Focus – honors God’s people, their purpose and your relationship with them.Sees value in others and shows honor in all relationships,Places people over projects.Disciples others.On Mission – purposes their lives and work to know him and make him known.Lives generouslyTakes ownership of the mission and looks for ways to make things better.Shares the gospel.General InformationThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work beingperformed by individuals assigned to this position.
