The Cloud Engineer will also aid in designing, deploying, and maintaining Mission Partner Enclaves' associated virtual infrastructure.\nThe ideal candidate has advanced technical acumen, strong problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with cloud networking, platform automation, and infrastructure development supporting these technologies.\nThis is a demanding, high-energy position that requires innovative solutions to customer problem sets. The selected candidate will join a multidisciplinary team that promotes customer service, and excellence in communication, innovation, collaboration, and teamwork.\nJob Responsibilities:\nProvide onsite support for the customer while working closely with ECS team located in Fairfax, VA.\nWork with our team as a Cloud Engineer in our Azure environment servicing a DoD customer.\nCollaborate with a team of Cloud Engineers to support infrastructure support requests.\nAdministrate and manage cloud infrastructure for a DoD client.\nAssist team members by providing technical support and troubleshooting expertise for complex problems.\nHelp troubleshoot account issues with end users.\nAssist team with OS updates, upgrades, and patches as well as maintaining our deployment of new capabilities.\nAssist team with developing innovative solutions for network, hardware, and software problems.\nDocument any developed processes and procedures.\nOther duties, as assigned.\nSalary Range: $100,000 - $130,000\nGeneral Description of Benefits\nRequirements:\nU.S. Citizen.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or other Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline. With no degree, 4+ years of relevant work experience may be substituted.\nCurrent DoD Secret security clearance required to interview/apply; must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with SCI indoctrination (TS/SCI).\nDoD 8140 IAT Level II / III certification (active, or within 60 calendar days of hire). Security+ or CISSP preferred.\nActive Microsoft and/or competing cloud technology certification or obtain within 365 calendar days of hire.
