Monitors, investigates, and resolves system operation issues in accordance with standard procedures; documents and communicates resolution.\nTracks industry trends and technical developments. Analyzes potential system investments and prepares supporting documentation for recommendation( s) to management and customers.\nBases results on independent assessment of current and future performance, stability, and systems management/life cycle issues.\nAssists in development of system engineering solutions.
