Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily/weekly cycle counts for raw materials (paper rolls), components, and finished goodsAccurately record and reconcile inventory data within SAP or ERP systemInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies between physical stock and system recordsAnalyze root causes of variances (production usage, scrap, receiving issues, etc.)Partner with production, warehouse, and purchasing teams to correct inaccuraciesMonitor inventory accuracy metrics and support continuous improvement initiativesMaintain documentation and compliance with inventory control proceduresAssist with annual physical inventory and auditsSupport process improvements related to material tracking and usageQualificationsHigh school diploma required; associate degree preferredExperience in inventory control within manufacturing (paper, packaging, or converting a plus)SAP or ERP system experience strongly preferredStrong attention to detail and data accuracy skillsAbility to analyze discrepancies and problem-solve effectivelyProficiency with Excel or inventory reporting toolsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced production environmentRanpak is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from harassment and discrimination.
