Housekeeping is primarily responsible for ensuring cleanliness in the hotel rooms and common areas.\nNative American hiring preference for qualified candidates.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nMaintain and clean guest rooms and common areas.\nPositively interact with guests and communicate their needs with the front office staff.\nVacuum, sweep, mop and clean carpet/flooring in rooms and throughout the Resort property.\nDust, brush, polish, clean and vacuum furniture, glass, mirrors, curtains, décor appliances and other fixtures and furnishings.\nProperly clean and sanitize bathrooms.\nCoordinate with laundry department to collect, clean, and redistribute linens, towels, etc.\nRemove trash from guest rooms and common areas.\nWork with front desk staff for any lost and found items.\nResupply all guest room needs and linen closet as required.\nCoordinate and communicate with all departments to meet guests needs.\nAssist with laundry duties as needed.\nUnderstand and maintain Reputation Management. Resolve client conflicts and concerns while maintaining superior customer service.\nCore competencies in current ADA and other regulatory expectations.\nUphold and lead others in following 7 Cedars Resorts mission and values.\nPerform miscellaneous duties as assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nHospitality/housekeeping experience preferred.\nStrong organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.\nHighly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining work processes.\nMust be flexible with hours and days worked; mornings, weekdays, weekends and Holidays *specific shifts may be hired with hours/days determined in the pre-hire.\nJoin the 7 Cedars Team!\nLocated in the heart of the beautiful Olympic Peninsula, 7 Cedars Resort offers more than just a job—we offer the opportunity to build a rewarding career in one of the most scenic places in the Pacific Northwest.
