The RoleResponsible for daily administration of Regional Market Credits & Fees including interpreting contractual documents, analyzing group level billing and remittance, calculation of various types of credits, requesting payment and communication with Sales/Service partners.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvanced level subject matter expert who exercises discretion and independent judgment in the work completedMaintains data in the administrative systems; troubleshoots and corrects data issues. Works various transaction error reports and queues.Provides technical expertise to management for decision making by participating in operational analyses and studies.Acts as subject matter expert on individual contract provisions; establishes, maintains, and enhances favorable relationships with internal and external customersHandles escalated calls/cases from other teams.Participate on calls/meetings to explain process/procedures and resolve issues.Calculates/Reviews credit and fee payments to Regional Market customers following established guidelines/processes.Performs other related duties as assigned or required.Required Qualifications1-2 years of business experience working in a professional environmentProficient Excel skills.Demonstrates excellent customer service and relationship skills with ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.Ability to handle pressure situations (internal and external) with professionalism and tack.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Preferred QualificationsMaintains extensive knowledge of the administrative systemsCollege degree and/or 3-5 years related business experienceEqual Employment Opportunity/Disability/VeteransIf you need an accommodation due to a disability, please email us at accommodations@metlife.com.
