They utilize climbing equipment, extended truck booms, chainsaws, hooks, handsaws, shears, and clippers to perform tasks in elevated areas. A tree foreman is also responsible for managing crew members, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining equipment. They have skills in pruning, tree removal, and often hold licenses as standard Arborists and Commercial applicators.\nThe ideal candidate will have about 3 years of experience in a leadership role on a production tree crew.\nResponsibilities:\nAbility to lead and manage a team of employees.\nAbility to understand and communicate technical information to customers, employees, and the public.\nAbility to comply with regulatory agencies such as DOT and OSHA.\nAbility to work overtime as needed and meet deadlines.\nCDL driver's license a plus.
