You will be responsible for building, maintaining, securing, and optimizing Linux systems while leveraging automation to improve operational efficiency and reliability. Working within a collaborative team environment, you'll troubleshoot complex issues, implement scalable solutions, and support critical national security missions.\nAs a Linux Systems Administrator, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside talented engineers, contribute to modern infrastructure solutions, and expand your expertise across Linux administration, automation technologies, and cloud environments.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\nInstall, configure, maintain, and support enterprise Linux environments across multiple networks and architectures.\nMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement long-term solutions to improve reliability and availability.\nPerform system patching, upgrades, security hardening, and ongoing maintenance activities.\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance automation solutions using Bash, Python, Puppet, and Ansible.\nCollaborate with engineers, administrators, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and support mission requirements.\nContribute to infrastructure design decisions and implement scalable solutions within hybrid cloud environments.\nSupport cloud-based infrastructure and services within AWS environments.\nDocument system configurations, processes, and operational procedures.\nMentor junior team members and promote best practices across the team.\nContinuously evaluate opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nActive TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.\nTen (10) years of Systems Administration experience supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.\nBachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
