The Maintenance & Boiler Operator is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing production equipment, facility systems, and boiler operations to support safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations. This position plays a critical role in minimizing downtime, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting preventative maintenance programs, and maintaining the overall reliability of equipment and utilities throughout the facility.
