The Superintendent is responsible for all on-site construction activities, with the project manager's assistance, on projects ranging from $100k-$20M. These tasks will include contractor management, labor management, safety oversite, client management, procurement assistance, and estimating assistance.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\n\r\nManages/coordinates multiple trade subcontractors and job site logistics\r\nOn-site point of contact for clients on projects\r\nRead/interpret engineered drawings and understand construction means/methods\r\nMonitors and ensures on-site safety compliance and replays needs to EHS department\r\nMaintains site records: daily filed reports, RFI's, observations\r\nWrites a comprehensive scope of work\r\nProvides daily updates to Manager of Construction\r\nConducts constructability reviews\r\nSupport project scheduling\r\nProvide three-week look-ahead to client\r\nRecords meeting minutes for internal and external teams\r\n\r\nSkills & Qualifications\r\n\r\n10+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\r\nStrong MEP background preferred\r\nLife Sciences experience a plus\r\nConstruction Supervisor License is preferred\r\nOSHA 30\r\nExcellent verbal, written and communications skills\r\nRead and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence\r\nPrioritizes and plans work activities. Use time efficiently\r\nPlans for additional resources. Integrates changes smoothly. Set goals and objectives.
