As part of the Shutterfly Network Engineering (NetEng) Team, you will be expected to provide continuity, deep organizational knowledge, and strategic oversight for our network infrastructure. This role involves supporting and optimizing a tech stack, which includes Cisco SD-WAN, Panorama, F5, SASE and Solarwinds.\nThe Skills You'll Bring:\n\nNetwork Management: Oversee and maintain the health and performance of our production, print and corporate network infrastructure, including Cisco SD-WAN, Panorama, Palo Alto Firewall, F5 load balancers, Cisco Wifi and various metric/monitor tooling.\nStrategic Execution: Contribute on the planning and delivery of network changes, maintenance and upgrades, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.\nOptimization: Optimize network performance and reliability through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.\nCollaboration: Work closely with both full-time employees (FTEs) and contractors to ensure cohesive team operations and effective project execution.\nInnovation: Contribute to the adoption of new technologies and best practices in network design and operations to support Shutterfly's growth and evolving needs.\nDocumentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations and changes. Provide regular reports on network performance and incidents.\nThe Skills You'll Bring:\n5 years of proven experience in network engineering with hands-on experience in Routing, Firewalls, Load balancers, and SASE technologies.\nStrong skills in network design, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
