This is a remote opportunity.\nResponsibilities/Skills\nStrong understanding of overall software delivery lifecycle and activities.\nDesign, develop and test web applications developed using Angular and Java.\nDevelop and code using microservices connecting to an MS SQL database,\nExperience working in an Agile working environment.\nAbility to quickly learn and apply new technologies to every changing issues.\nKnowledge and experience with JSON and object serialization.\nAbility to write and present technical material in the form of client meetings, test pans, and reports, technical reports, and presentations.\nAbility to thrive in a diverse team environment consisting of colleagues, project sponsors, and government clients.\nEngineer world-class platform with an eye towards rapid iteration and creative problem solving.\nEnsure quality and completeness of the product through unit, integration, and regression capabilities.\nAdheres to architecture standards, risk management, and security policies.\nMinimum Requirements\nBS in Computer Science/Engineering from an accredited College/University.\nData/object modeling, data normalization, and data analysis plus large data base experience.\nExperience in architecture and development using Microservices.\nKnowledge of Linux and MS Windows environments.\nExperience conducting and participating in design and code reviews.\nAbility to successfully complete a thorough background investigation.\nRequired Computer Skills\n5-7 years Java Development Stack (J2EE, JSP, Spring, Hibernate, JSON).\n5-7 years developing software following Object-Oriented Design methodologies.\n3-5 years in Agile development environment.\n3-5 years producing web services (REST, SOAP)\n2-3 years working with Angular and Node.js.\nPreferred Computer Skills\nPublic Safety Domain experience\nAndroid mobile software development\nNOSQL experience (MariaDB)\nOracle and SQL database script writing\nExperience with continuous integration systems (Jenkins), build automation (Maven), and automated testing (Selenium).\nBenefits\ncFive offers eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package which includes:\nMedical, dental and vision coverage\nDisability and Life insurance\nPaid time off and paid holidays\n401(k) retirement plan with annual employer profit share contribution\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform all the essential duties of the position satisfactorily.
