Seasonal Assembly, Delivery & Service AssociateCY Ace Hardware is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our seasonal operations team. This hands-on position supports product assembly, screen repair, deliveries, loading, merchandising, and customer service throughout our busiest seasons.If you enjoy working with tools, staying active, solving problems, and helping customers, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoAssemble grills, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, snow blowers, and other merchandiseRepair and replace window and door screens, including measuring, cutting, and installing screen materialPerform safety checks and quality inspections before products go to the sales floor or customer deliveryAssist customers with carry-outs, loading, and local deliveriesHelp build seasonal displays and promotional setupsKeep assembly and repair areas organized, stocked, and cleanEnsure products are retail-ready, priced, and properly displayedProvide friendly customer support and basic product guidance when neededTrack repair orders and complete projects in a timely mannerAssist with other store operations and projects as neededProducts You'll Work WithWeber, Traeger, Big Green Egg, and BlackstoneEGO, STIHL, and Toro outdoor power equipmentLawn & garden, patio, and seasonal merchandiseWhat We're Looking ForStrong work ethic and dependable attendanceMechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power toolsAttention to detail and pride in quality workmanshipAbility to work independently and stay organizedStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to safely lift 50+ lbs regularly and remain active throughout the dayValid driver's license preferredPrevious assembly, delivery, warehouse, or screen repair experience is a plusWeekend availability preferredWhy Work at CY Ace?We're a locally owned Ace Hardware focused on customer service, teamwork, and creating a helpful environment for both our customers and employees.
