This position requires candidate to live or relocate to the Treasure Coast of Florida.\nThe primary responsibility of the Cable Assembly Operator is to solder contact pins onto the conductors of coaxial cable. To do this effectively, they will need to fulfill the responsibilities outlined below as well as additional tasks that may be assigned by their supervisor.\nRequirements\nMusts\nExceptional hand-eye coordination and dexterity\nExperience with precision soldering under a microscope\nAbility to work with extremely small components and fine-pitch soldering\nHig proficiency in using soldering tweezers\nProficient in hot air solder stations, and other micro-soldering tools\nStrong attention to detail and quality control\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics\nKnowledge of IPC soldering standards (such as IPC-610 or IPC-620)\nSteady hands and patience for delicate work\nBasic troubleshooting and repair skills for microelectronic assemblies\nAbility to work in a cleanroom or ESD-safe environment\nStrong work ethic and ability to meet production deadlines\nAbility to lift boxes\nPhysical Demands\nThis position involves regular physical activity in a manufacturing/assembly environment.
