This\nrole requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain efficiency,\naccountability, and timely fulfillment in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nReceive, inspect, and verify incoming prototype materials for accuracy and\ncondition\n\nFulfill material and equipment requests with precision and urgency\nCoordinate shipping and distribution to internal teams, clients, and testing\nlocations, ensuring secure packaging and accurate labeling\n\nProvide white-glove, on-site support to clients, maintaining a high standard of\nprofessionalism and care\n\nDaily Smart Locker fulfillment and pickups\nEnsure compliant and secure disposal of equipment, including e-waste\nConduct monthly inventory audits; ensure all assets are properly logged, tracked,\nand stored in designated locations\n\nMaintain accurate records in inventory and data management systems to ensure\nfull traceability\n\nMonitor, update, and manage SRT/task queues to meet service level expectations\nProcess product returns, ensuring proper documentation and disposition\nSupport additional projects and operational initiatives as assigned\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nExperience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or a related operational\nenvironment\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)\nStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail\nEffective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment\nClear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)\nDemonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively\nStrong customer service mindset with a high level of professionalism\n\nEOS is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and\nis proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
