Litigation Paralegal

Angel Fire Resort seeks a Litigation Paralegal to support a high-volume legal practice focused on property assessment enforcement and related real estate matters. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to sit for long periods of time and occasionally lift/carry 30lbs.Employee Benefits: https://www.angelfireresort.com/work-for-us/employee-benefits/Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and file pleadings, motions, and judgments through Odyssey (TylerTech).Draft, record, and release liens; coordinate with multiple governmental offices statewide.Maintain a comprehensive litigation calendar and docket for dozens of active cases.Assist with discovery, document preparation, and case management.Communicate professionally with courts, title companies, and outside parties.QualificationsMinimum 3 years’ civil litigation experience (real estate or collections background a plus).Proficiency in Odyssey TylerTech e-filing and strong command of Microsoft Office.Excellent written communication, accuracy, and organizational skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines.Experience using AI as a tool is a plus.About Angel Fire Resort:Angel Fire Resort is a top year-round mountain resort destination in New Mexico.
