This role will be a 4+ month contract position.\r\nWhat You\\'ll Do SOURCES qualified candidates through various networking channels through-out social media\r\nWorks as a reliable partner for Hiring Managers, proactively reaches out to provide weekly updates and feedback\r\nBuilds a pipeline of candidates for very specific skill sets that are needed for critical roles\r\nManages candidates who apply on the applicant tracking system\r\nEnsures that communication with candidates is reflective of Beehive Industries values and culture\r\nYou have 5+ years of full life-cycle experience in a dynamic/fast paced in-house recruitment role recruiting for growing organizations\r\nMust have at least 3+ years of experience heavily recruiting for manufacturing roles within the aviation/aerospace/DOD industry.\r\nA sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working together as part of a team\r\nProven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche talent\r\nSource and engage passive candidates through alternative search tech\r\nProven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche talent\r\nBuild a solid pipeline of applicants for a variety of roles within our Propulsion division\r\nProactive approach and thinking outside the box\r\nAbility to work independently\r\nRecruitment agency experience preferred, but not required\r\nThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance\r\nIn compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $50.00-$90.00 an hour.
