CSR - Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in St. Louis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Duties: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assisting customers with product information and ordering - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to commute to the St. Louis area on a daily basis Must be authorized to work in the United States Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred - 1+ years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically - Ability to work well in a team environment If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
