Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionPosition SummaryThe Alumni Coordinator, reporting to the Associate Dean of Administration of Kenneth Copeland Bible College (KCBC), works with minimal supervision to strengthen ongoing relationships between KCBC graduates and KCBC, Kenneth Copeland Ministries (KCM), Victory Channel, and Eagle Mountain International Church (EMIC). This role manages non-academic alumni services such as communication, engagement, ministerial opportunities, resources, and donor support.Principal Duties And ResponsibilitiesAlumni Engagement & StrategyLead and manage alumni engagement plans and programming to advance institutional goals.Communicate directly with alumni regarding events, resources, and ministry opportunities.Maintain and grow the alumni database to support ongoing connections with KCBC.Develop and oversee strategies for ministerial placement, licensing, and alumni advisement.Coordinate KCBC donor engagement initiatives.Oversee day-to-day operations of the alumni office and manage its annual budget.Event CoordinationPlan and execute alumni events: reunions, tailgates, lecture series, donor receptions, leadership awards, networking and mentorship events, and other alumni-related opportunities (local, international, or online).Maintain event records and contact reports.Arrange alumni travel and process expenses with accuracy.Alumni Portal & DatabaseCollaborate with IT to manage the alumni portal.Update contact information, research alumni data, and manage mailing/emailing lists.Coordinate outreach to alumni in various locations for networking, job information, reunions, and group activities.Alumni CommunicationsManage alumni email accounts, invitations, and updates.Create alumni-related content for print, web, TV, and social media.Foster new contacts and networks to increase student enrollment.Integrate alumni activities across KCBC departments, KCM entities, and RCOTW priorities.Maintain alumni promotional materials.Alumni Ministerial SupportTrack emerging ministers/leaders from current students for employment, partner placement, or internship programs.Maintain the Ministerial Job Opportunities Listing.Serve as the primary contact for alumni seeking counsel or advisement.Alumni Financial SupportBuild and manage relationships with current and prospective donors.Present the case for ongoing financial support of KCBC.RequirementsJob RequirementsEducationPreferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, or related field.Required: Associate degree (including Bible college degrees) in one of the above fields.Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Working knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).Strategic thinking, goal setting, and organizational skills.Leadership, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.Networking and partnership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects, research information, and represent KCBC to diverse groups.Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends for events.ExperienceMinimum 3 years combined education and experience in Business, Education, or Ministry.Alumni engagement or student services experience preferred.Budget and volunteer management experience.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Equipment UsedWindows OSFax machineCopierCalculatorComputer/LaptopPhysical DemandsSitting at a computer for up to 7 hours/day.Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment.Mental DemandsAbility to process and analyze information, prepare plans, and articulate goals.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and communicative.Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and make decisions.Capacity to handle spiritual situations and pray with individuals.Understanding of Bible college/ministry environment and its demands.Working ConditionsPrimarily office-based.Other RequirementsMust be a born-again believer adhering to the doctrines of Kenneth and Gloria Copeland.Must work well in a team environment and maintain unity (Romans 16:17).Good attendance record.EMIC membership/attendance preferred.Ability to work with diverse cultures and exercise diplomacy.DisclaimerThis description outlines the principal elements of the Alumni Coordinator position but is not exhaustive.
