Eckler Cleaning Services provides residential, commercial, organizational, and specialized cleanings services to Hendricks County, West Indianapolis, and the surrounding areas. Our mission is to be the best pet-friendly cleaning service in Indiana. As part of this mission, we donate a clean to Misty Eyes Animal shelter every month.
Job Purpose:
The Inventory Assistant works behind the scenes to ensure that our cleaning teams are always well prepared to provide service to our clients by managing cleaning materials and equipment. This position is needed for 3 to 8 hours per week and has a flexible schedule.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain all supplies and equipment in inventory at readiness levels to ensure cleaning teams are always prepared for servicing client homes.
Count materials, equipment and other supplies in stock.
Forecast future supply needs and submit purchasing recommendations to leadership.
Keep supply area clean and well organized.
Ensure supplies are stored according to health and safety standards.
Perform maintenance and minor repairs on reusable on equipment such as vacuums and laundry machines.
Launder reusable supplies.
Maintain washer and dryer.
Additional duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications
At least 14 years old.
Have and reliable transportation to the worksite.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Able to pass a background check if over the age of 18
Well organized and detail-oriented.
Sufficiently able to read, write, and understand cleaning product labels and instructions.
Physical Requirements:
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
The worker must be able to reach, push, pull, lift, and grasp.
Working Conditions:
The worker performs services in indoor environmental conditions.
The worker is exposed to cleaning chemicals daily.
The worker is exposed to fumes, odors, dusts, and mists daily.

Your employment with Eckler Cleaning Services is on an at-will basis, meaning either you or the Company can terminate the employment relationship, at any time, for any or no reason, and with or without cause or notice. As an at-will employee, your employment with Eckler Cleaning Services is not guaranteed for any length of time.
