This includes but is not limited to ensuring safety & supervision, skill building, behavioral management and communications within the team. Specific responsibilities include:Provide supervision and treatment intervention.Establish a therapeutic relationship with the client based on trust & respect.Evaluate the impact of behavioral, group treatment, and life-space interventions while providing direction & feedback.Serve as a positive role model and agent of change for the youth.Establish a therapeutic relationship with the client based on trust & respect.Provide supervision and treatment intervention.Safely transport youth to/from program activities and community resources while monitoring behaviors.Provide individualized reinforcement to client behavior to teach and reinforce adaptive behaviors.Utilize a proactive/preventive method of intercepting problems before they escalate.Assist clients in developing insight into their behaviors so that they learn to self-identify and self correct.What you need:
