Your adventure begins now—unleash your potential with MANTECH!\r\nMANTECH seeks a skilled and mission focused CNO Developer to join our team in Hanover, MD.\r\nIn this role, you will contribute to the development of mission-critical offensive cyber capabilities and drive excellence in advanced Computer Network Operations (CNO). You'll be part of a dynamic team working on next-generation solutions that safeguard our national security systems.\r\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\r\nDesign and develop new hardware- or software-based Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities\r\nPerform design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of software applications and systems\r\nApply knowledge of network and security concepts to support capability development\r\nCommunicate status updates and technical progress to leadership and stakeholders\r\nEnsure software quality and compliance with development standards\r\nMinimum Qualifications:\r\nBS degree and 4+ years of technical work experience, or MS Degree and 2+ years of technical work experience, or High school diploma and 8+ years of technical work experience.\r\nExperience in Python or C/C++ programming languages\r\nExperience with troubleshooting and debugging\r\nPreferred Qualifications:\r\nExperience with networking protocols (TCP/IP) and socket-level programming\r\nExperience with developing CNO capabilities\r\nExperience with low-level system internals across one or more platforms (e.g., Windows, Unix, Mobile, or network devices)\r\nExperience in software analysis or reverse engineering\r\nExperience using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible)\r\nUnderstanding of assembly language programming concepts\r\nUnderstanding of unit testing frameworks and practices\r\nClearance Requirements:\r\nMust have a current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph security clearance and be willing and able to obtain another polygraph prior to start, if required.\r\nPhysical Requirements:\r\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.\r\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $91,600.00-$153,800.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
