Through structured rotations, participants gain exposure to various product lines, job functions, and business processes.\n\nProgram Overview\n\nParticipants will complete three six-month rotations in different departments based on their education, experience, and business needs. Potential rotation areas include:\nApplications Engineering\nProject Engineering\nProduct Engineering (Sustaining and New Product Development)\nControls Engineering\nProduct Management\nProject Management\nAdditional technical or cross-functional departments as applicable\nThroughout each rotation, participants will execute meaningful assignments aligned with departmental goals and manager expectations. Engineers in the program will actively support Continuous Improvement initiatives and participate in periodic technical and professional development training.\n\nIn addition to primary rotations, participants will complete short-term (approximately two-week) immersive experiences in other areas of the organization. These may include Manufacturing, a Fusheng branch location, and other operational or functional teams to provide broader business exposure.\n\nUpon successful completion of the program, participants will transition into a permanent technical role aligned with their strengths, performance, and organizational needs.\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Experience\n\nAbility to read, interpret, and prepare technical information, and propose design or process changes to achieve simple, functional, and cost-effective solutions.\nApply academic knowledge to solve real-world technical problems.\nHighly motivated and capable of managing complex projects with minimal supervision.\nStrong commitment to excellence, high standards, personal accountability, and a sense of urgency.\nEffective communication skills, capable of addressing a variety of audiences.\nInterpersonal savvy; able to collaborate and work closely with other departments and leadership.\nExcellent problem-solving, process analysis, and business improvement skills.\nOutstanding time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.\nSound judgment and the ability to make timely, effective decisions.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) from a four-year college or university, or 2–5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nAbout FS-Elliott\nFS-Elliott is a global leader in the engineering and manufacturing of oil-free, centrifugal compressors with operations in over 90 countries.
