Job Title: Manager Personnel As a member of our logistics team, you will be the face of our business, responsible for leaving a lasting positive impression on our customers. Being part of a startup, you'll have the flexibility to shape your role as our needs evolve and new challenges arise. Responsibilities and Duties: ● Provide training, perform administrative tasks, and supervise operations. Report directly to the COO. ● Demonstrate proficiency in all tasks and skills.● Willingness to perform some physical tasks such as cleaning, carrying items, and standing for long period.● Work with the team's needs and availability to create a weekly shift schedule.● Track and manage incoming orders.● Take ownership of solutions, resolving issues independently or involving an approved partner.● Implement and communicate directives promptly from upper management.● Coordinate logistics and prepare checklists for GLB events.● Invoice processing.● Daily inventory control. ● Prior food service experience preferred but not always required, ice cream or gelato shop experience adds value. ● Adhere to a dress code and sanitary guidelines is essential Work Schedule Requirements: ● Flexible schedule between 11 a.m. and 10 p.m.● Regularly visit the station outside of scheduled shifts for training, observation, coaching, and administrative tasks.● Availability for weekends and holidays, as needed. ● Available to lift 50 pounds boxes● Always accessible by phone or in person to promptly address any on-site needs. Skills and Qualifications: ● Excellent communication, agility, critical thinking, and a positive attitude.● Ability to work carefully and quickly.● Owns a vehicle and possesses a valid driver's license.● Quick and clean operation of various positions.● Assertive and friendly communication to address operational or procedural issues.● Adaptability to problem-solving and implementing solutions in stressful situations.● Effective management of multiple projects and deadlines.● Proficiency at a beginner level in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.● Languages: English, and Spanish adds value.● University studies are a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: Starting from $16 per hour + tips  Benefits: ● Employee discount● Flexible schedule● Free gelato Shifts: ● 8/10-hour shift● Day shift, Evening shift, Morning shift, Night shift Weekly Schedule: ● We are open 7 days a week Work Location: In-person Ready to join our Gelato La Boca family?
