We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Level Space/Counterspace Analyst to join our dynamic team in Quantico, Virginia, and support our government customer's mission-critical Defense Intelligence requirements.\n\nThe Mid-Level Space/Counterspace Analyst will play a key role in conducting all-source intelligence analysis of foreign military, space, and counterspace systems, including associated doctrine, technologies, capabilities, vulnerabilities, and emerging threats. The successful candidate will assess weapons systems, dual-use technologies, space platforms, and global technology transfer activities; produce high-quality intelligence assessments and briefings; technology transfer activities and assess their impact on foreign military and space capabilities.\n\nDevelop high-quality written and oral intelligence products, including assessments, estimates, reports, and briefings, in accordance with Intelligence Community (IC) and organizational standards.\n\nProvide timely, relevant, and actionable intelligence to support tactical, operational, and strategic decision-makers.\n\nCollaborate with engineers, scientists, analysts, and intelligence partners across the Intelligence Community (IC) to integrate technical expertise and all-source analytic insights.\n\nMaintain situational awareness of assigned portfolios, identify intelligence gaps, and develop collection strategies and requirements to address those gaps.\n\nSupport acquisition and capability development activities by producing threat assessments, lifecycle threat reports, and other intelligence products.\n\nParticipate in Threat Steering Groups and other forums supporting threat assessment, acquisition, and capability development activities.\n\nProvide subject matter expertise on assigned space, counterspace, foreign military, and technical intelligence topics.\n\nConduct peer reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of analytic tradecraft, methodologies, processes, and intelligence products.\n\nApply validated analytic methodologies and structured analytic techniques to evaluate reporting, challenge assumptions, consider competing perspectives, and develop defensible analytic judgments.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\nU.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.\n\nActive Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance is required.\n\nEight (8) or more years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the labor category, with at least a portion of that experience obtained within the last two (2) years.\n\nBachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.\n\nExperience conducting intelligence analysis related to space, counterspace, foreign military capabilities, weapons systems, dual-use technologies, or technology transfer.\n\nExperience developing threat assessments, lifecycle threat reports, or other intelligence products supporting acquisition and capability development.\n\nExperience participating in Threat Steering Groups or comparable intelligence, acquisition, or capability-development forums.\n\nFamiliarity with Defense Intelligence and Intelligence Community analytic standards, tradecraft, methodologies, and reporting requirements.\n\nDemonstrated comprehensive mission knowledge and technical proficiency, reflecting completion of required
