You will partner with clients to advise on effective use of the Niagara framework and will take an active role in delivering integration services, from system design and configuration to implementation and Niagara support.\r\nProvide high-level guidance to clients on how to fully leverage the Niagara framework\r\nUnderstand overall functionality of the BMS / HVAC systems\r\nKnowledge of Energy Savings opportunities in Buildings\r\nIntegration of BMS systems with Niagara Framework\r\nInstall & upgrade Niagara Framework in the customer sites.\r\nNiagara Application Support to the customers.\r\nConfigure Niagara Stations at the customer sites.\r\nCreate Control Logics, PX pages, User Management, Alarms, Histories etc in Niagara Framework when integrating with BMS or other systems into Niagara Framework for the customers.\r\nWork with Professional Services development team & deploy the Niagara modules in the customer Niagara installations.\r\nUse Quality Assurance procedures\r\nRequirement Definition for new opportunities\r\nCustomer Support for existing Professional Services customers.\r\nAwareness of protocols like BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus etc.\r\nHandling multiple projects/tasks\r\nYOU MUST HAVE\r\n7 or more years of experience as a System Integrator/Application Engineer specializing in BMS, HVAC, and commercial building systems, with proven expertise in Niagara Framework integration and end-to-end BMS project commissioning\r\nNiagara TCP Certification\r\nWE VALUE\r\nBachelor's degree in Engineering\r\nExperience with commercial or industrial control systems.\r\nKnowledge of open industrial and commercial controls communication protocols such as BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus\r\nExperience with mark-up languages, HTML or XML.\r\nExcellent communications skills\r\nHigh level of customer service experience and aptitude including: the ability to communicate and show patience with technical and non-technical customers, active listening and inquiring skills to understand problems, proactively following up with customers to ensure complete problem resolution and customer satisfaction.\r\nKnowledge of software configuration management practices\r\nKnowledge of networking, database technology, integration protocols, and current trends in the industry.\r\nWork experience in global projects will be considered as an advantage\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\r\nDiverse and global teaming and collaboration\r\nYou artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.\r\nYou find the correct balance between demand and capacity when establishing priorities for the organization.\r\nPeople who consistently take the initiative to get things done\r\nPeople who are Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision\r\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $187,000.
