clients.\n\nGood hands-on experience in remediating Vulnerabilities in SolarWinds platform.\n\nGood knowledge and implementation skills in SolarWinds product upgrade.\n\nDeploy, configure, and maintain SolarWinds observability solutions such as App Optics, Loggly, and Pingdom.\n\nMonitor and analyze application and infrastructure performance metrics, logs, and synthetic transactions to identify trends and potential issues.\n\nDesign and implement custom dashboards, alerts, and reports within SolarWinds observability platforms to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.\n\nCollaborate with development and operations teams to optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance improvements.\n\nStay updated on the latest trends and best practices in observability and performance monitoring.\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience as a SolarWinds observability specialist or similar role, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of SolarWinds observability products such as App Optics, Loggly, and Pingdom.\n\nStrong understanding of application performance monitoring (APM), log management, and synthetic monitoring concepts.\n\nProficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell for automation tasks and data analysis.\n\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).\n\nExcellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.\n\nRelevant certifications such as SolarWinds Certified Professional (SCP) or equivalent are a plus.\n\nSoft Skills\n\nStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nAttention to detail and a
