Will procure and administer janitorial service contracts both within the organization and in the community. Overseas operations of the business ensuring adequate scheduling; maintaining accurate records for attendance and payroll; ensuring that quality standards and measures established at each work site are met; and responsible for supply/equipment inventory, ordering, purchasing and maintenance. Oversee safety of operations ensuring that all procedures and storage of items are completed in accordance with OSHA standards. Assess the need for additional equipment and staffing.\nTo learn more about this position, please read the summarized list of duties and qualifications below:\nEnsure proper cleaning and maintenance to fulfill contractual obligations.\nSchedule employees as required to ensure full coverage of all shifts in compliance with contractual obligations.\nOversee inventory system of supplies and assets for accuracy.\nOrder janitorial supplies while remaining cost efficient. Deliver such supplies to all accounts.\nComplete regular inspections of all janitorial contracts to ensure compliance and quality standards are maintained or exceeded.\nOperate all equipment and vehicles in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.\nTravel, when needed, to other areas where Bridgeway has Janitorial accounts.\nProvide administrative oversight to staff responsible for completion of janitorial services contracts.\nDirectly supervises Lead Janitorial Associates and Janitorial Associates.\nMinimum requirements include a High School diploma/GED with 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Janitorial work experience preferred.\nMust be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification offered through Bridgeway, along with successfully passing an 8-hour mental health training course.
