Customer Service Manager

Company Overview 'Sylvan Learning Center in Encinitas provides personalized tutoring service to K through 12 grades. We are dedicated to helping students achieve their academic goals through tailored support and expert guidance. Summary We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to lead our front desk team at our Sylvan Learning Center in Encinitas. This role is vital in ensuring a positive experience for students and parents, aligning with our mission to foster academic success. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer phone calls and log the call in an online tracking tool for each call. Address student and parent inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide timely and accurate information to customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Must be detail-oriented and Ability to listen effectively Maintain accurate records of student interactions and feedback. Performs other related duties and assignments as required Support marketing efforts by promoting center programs. Ensure compliance with company standards and educational guidelines QUALIFICATIONS: Availability to work in the afternoon from 3 PM - 6 PM daily and Saturday's morning if necessary. Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in an educational or retail setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required. A passion for education and helping others succeed Must have a keen sense of attention to detail, taking the initiative. Superb communication skills, written and verbal, are obligatory.
