Compliance with all safety requirements, product quality standards and company policies are essential functions of this role.\n\nEnsures orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished product final distribution.\nLocates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.\nMaintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.\nDocuments materials and records units delivered and location of units.\nPrepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.\nMaintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections.\nOperates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items, or signals machine operators to move materials\nKeeps inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean.\nReceive and inspect incoming materials and products for quality, quantity, and accuracy of shipment.\nVerify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.\nStore items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.\nMark units with identification tags or other labeling equipment.\nHandling documentation of work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials.\nMaintain inventory transactions and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy of stock levels.\nAssist with inventory control and audits as needed.\nMaintain safe, clean, and orderly workstation.\nOther assigned duties as needed.\nHS Diploma/GED preferred.\n1 year of experience in material handling equipment (forklift, crane, etc.) preferred.\nWMS (Warehouse Management System) experience preferred.\nOSHA10 certification preferred\nA proven track record in safety excellence is required.\nAdheres to all safety and environmental compliance regulations set by the organization.
