This role supports the production of high-quality medical devices in a cleanroom manufacturing environment while following established quality standards, operating procedures, and safety guidelines.\r\nThe ideal candidate will have at least6 months of manufacturing experience, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to work with microscopes and small components while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities\r\nPerform manufacturing and assembly operations following established procedures and work instructions.\r\nOperate microscopes to inspect and assemble precision medical device components.\r\nUse hand tools to manipulate, assemble, and inspect products.\r\nMaintain quality standards while meeting production goals.\r\nRead, understand, and follow written procedures and manufacturing documentation.\r\nComplete production documentation accurately and legibly.\r\nFollow all company safety policies and quality procedures.\r\nParticipate in required training and continuous improvement initiatives.\r\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\r\nCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production issues or quality concerns.\r\nPerform repetitive tasks requiring precision, attention to detail, and manual dexterity.Qualifications Required\r\nMinimum of6 months of manufacturing experience(medical device experience is preferred but not required).\r\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred.\r\nProficiency in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and participating in instructor-led training.\r\nComfortable working with microscopes for extended periods.\r\nAbility to read, write, and interpret work instructions and procedures.\r\nBasic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.\r\nAbility to use hand tools and perform detailed assembly work.\r\nAbility to sit, stand, or walk for up to 10 hours per shift.\r\nAbility to intermittently crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, and pull.\r\nAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.\r\nMust successfully pass a vision screening, including color vision testing.\r\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Preferred Qualifications\r\nExperience in medical device manufacturing.\r\nExperience working in a cleanroom environment.\r\nExperience assembling small or precision components under magnification.About BEPC\r\nBEPC Inc., founded in 2007, is a 100% employee-owned company providing top-tier consulting and staffing solutions across industries including technology, engineering, manufacturing, and project management.
