Job Setup\nAfter receiving project files from Engineering, the APM will:\nAssist with initial site surveys.\nRecord and coordinate all critical contacts, milestones, and project timelines.\nReview engineering drawings, quotes, and acknowledgements for accuracy before distribution.\nHelp identify long-lead materials and alert the Lead PM of any supply-chain concerns.\nMaintain a job kickoff checklist and ensure required documents (building drawings, site photos, customer requirements, RFIs) are collected.\nHelp organize project files and set up digital folders in CRM/shared drives.\n2. Project Management & Coordination\nCoordinate contractor pay applications and invoicing.\nFollow up with customers for drawing approvals and outstanding action items.\n3. Installation Phase\nServe as onsite liaison for contractor projects requiring an onsite manager.\nMake local material deliveries to job sites when needed.\nPre-confirm site readiness with customers (power availability, obstructions, floor conditions).\n4.
