Our team is excited to meet you!\n\nJob Overview & Responsibilities\n\nPerform structural analysis of transportation hardware and hoist fixtures, access platforms, tools, launch platforms, booms, umbilicals and disconnects, and pipe systems.\n\nEvaluation of hardware non-conformances to support fabrication and launch site activities.\n\nSupport fast-paced design/analysis cycles in support of development programs.\n\nCreate analysis models, perform hand calculations and have an understanding of analysis best practices to provide strength inputs and recommendations for new designs and installations.\n\nReview and approve 2-D drawings and procurement specifications for a variety of mechanical and propulsion system components.\n\nDocument analysis results in strength reports and support analysis peer reviews.\n\nWhen anomalies occur, supports causal analysis that leads to effective resolution and corrective actions that prevent recurrence.\n\nParticipate in internal/external design reviews, technical interchange meetings (TIMs), and present analysis products at preliminary design reviews (PDR), critical design reviews (CDR) and design certification reviews (DCR).\n\nRequired Education\nBachelor\n\nRequired Years of Experience\nNone required\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nThis is an entry level position that requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Engineering or related technical field from an accredited college or university.\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
