By maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy, your contributions will directly enhance our supply chain performance and the reliability of our customer deliveries.\n\nCore Responsibilities\n\nManage the unloading of trailers, ocean containers, and vehicles while documenting any damages or paperwork inconsistencies.\nUtilize reach trucks, forklifts, and hand jacks to palletize and transport cargo throughout the facility.\nPrepare shipments for departure by verifying documentation, labeling items, and readying ULDs to ensure on-time delivery.\nReview Bills of Lading for accuracy and perform thorough inspections to identify any potential freight damage.\nOrganize cargo within the facility to help maintain a safe, efficient workspace that meets our site performance goals.\nUtilize booking-in sheets and our Warehouse Management System to keep inventory records precise and well-organized.\nFollow standard operating procedures to ensure quality control, including performing freight recoup or rework as necessary.\nSupport the team by mentoring new hires and offering insights to improve our operational workflows.\nUphold cleanliness standards and perform essential site duties, such as DFT procedures and routine bond checks.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nPossess at least six months of direct warehouse experience at this specific location.\nMust be 18 years of age or older and capable of meeting physical requirements, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.\nDemonstrated proficiency in operating reach trucks and forklifts, alongside proven skills in loading, unloading, and palletizing.\nProven ability to adhere to strict SOPs, achieve performance targets, and maintain a flexible schedule to meet operational needs.\n\nPreferred Skills\n\nCompletion of a GED or high school diploma.\nPrior background working in freight forwarding or external warehouse environments.\nWorking knowledge of shipping manifests, delivery orders, and Bills of Lading.\nBilingual proficiency in Spanish.\n\nCompensation\n\nThe pay range for this position is $17.45 - $21.81 per hour.\n\nHow to Apply\n\nIf you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration as these roles are filled on a rolling basis.
