This position helps individuals live safely and independently in their home and community. Client Support Needs The client needs assistance to maintain independence, safety, and comfort at home. Support may include:Help scheduling and attending appointmentsAssistance with bill payments, mail management, and accessing benefitsTransportation support as neededHelp applying pain cream when neededHouse cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, doing dishes, and mopping floorsLaundry assistanceLight housekeeping including dusting, organizing, and bathroom cleaningMeal planning and grocery shoppingEncouragement to participate in community activities and meaningful routinesMonitoring and reporting changes in health or functioning to the care teamQualificationsExperience working with individuals with disabilities is preferredGood communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independentlyReliable transportation is preferredMust pass background study requirementsIf you are caring, responsible, and enjoy helping others live independently, we would love to hear from you!
