These principles define our consulting model and have crafted one of the most vibrant cultures in the consulting industry – celebrating individuals, collaboration, and lifelong friendships.\n\nIn this role, you will:\n\nLead large-scale infrastructure, cloud migration, and cybersecurity programs from initiation through deployment.\nManage multiple workstreams including cloud transformation, datacenter modernization, network upgrades, identity management, and security initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain integrated program plans, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive-level status reporting.\nPartner with Infrastructure, Security, Architecture, Operations, and Business leaders to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with organizational objectives.\nDrive governance activities, steering committee meetings, and executive communications.\nOversee cloud adoption programs across Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments.\nManage infrastructure modernization initiatives involving servers, storage, networking, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, disaster recovery, and resiliency programs.\nCollaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and enterprise governance standards.\nLead vendor and partner relationships, including contract management, SOW review, and delivery oversight.\nFacilitate Agile and Waterfall execution methodologies while promoting best practices across program teams.\n\nIdentify and mitigate program risks while ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes.\n\nWho You Are:\n\n10+ years of Program or Project Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.\n5+ years managing Infrastructure, Cloud, and/or Security programs.\nExperience delivering enterprise cloud migrations and modernization programs.\nStrong knowledge of Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.\nExperience leading infrastructure initiatives\nExperience managing cybersecurity-related initiatives, including Identity & Access Management (IAM), Risk Management,\nCompliance, Governance, or Security Operations.\nDemonstrated experience managing program budgets exceeding $5M.\nExperience leading geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams.\nStrong executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.\nExperience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.\n\nBachelor's degree required.\n\nTotal Rewards:\n\nWe proudly offer competitive compensation, and a comprehensive and well-rounded benefits package for full-time employees that have been designed to nourish your well-being.
