If that is you, please apply!\nAbout the Team\nThe Datacenter Operation team supports the company's fast growth by deploying and operating hyperscale datacenters. The team takes full onsite responsibility for each site and manages the end to end lifecycle of hardware fleet, providing various infrastructure solutions and services ensuring that they are scalable and are reliable.\nResponsibilities\nInstall, deploy and support the configuration of server and network gears.\nWork within rotating shifts or hold on-call pager to meet 24/7 SLAs.\nReplace server and network device parts as needed while maintaining asset accuracy.\nAssist network troubleshooting with cabling diagnosis and replacement\nMaintain high system reliability by prioritizing and resolving tickets efficiently, support escalation from lower layer technicians.\nManage incident as the first responder onsite while getting support from SMEs of datacenter engineering and infrastructure domains.\nProvide onsite services to support many other initiatives and continually maintain positive and collaborative working relations with customers, partner teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.\nBasic Qualifications\nServer Hardware Troubleshooting experience, including server booting (POST, BIOS, PXE, IPMI, BMC etc.)\nNetwork protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet), and network hardware (console, copper/fiber cabling, switches, routers) knowledge.\nLinux Administration knowledge.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nDirect experiences working with GPU servers, H100, B200, GB200 etc.\nDiploma or Professional Certification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant discipline.\nA high level of agility with the ability to prioritize work and stay organized in a complex, fast-paced environment with high ambiguity.\nVendors, projects, or program engagement experience.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with attention to clarity and detail.\nSalary & Benefits\nCompetitive total compensation package (salary + equity).\nRetirement or pension plan, in line with local norms.\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance.\nGenerous PTO policy, in line with local norms.\nThe base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting.
