Summary
The Office Manager at our secured residential treatment facilitywill serve as our front desk point of contact both in person and over the phone. The Office Manager will determine the nature of business with guests and phone calls, answer general office-related questions, and coordinate incoming referral faxes. The right candidate will be able to communicate effectively and respectfully both written and verbally. Other duties include scanning, faxing, filing paperwork, ordering and stocking supplies for the office and the nursing supply room, as well as other tasks as assigned by the Program Director. Knowledge of healthcare processes and healthcare jargon is important for effective communication and is recommended for this position. Our team ensures that all staff are quickly recognized as an integral part of the team.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older.
High School Diploma or GED required.
One (1) year experience in clerical healthcare setting is highly preferred, but not required.
Capability to work independently and manage time effectively while demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication.
License driver with well working automobile for reliability getting to and from work in all types of weather to ensure reliability.
