This position is ideal for a recent engineering graduate or an individual with 1–3 years of manufacturing experience who is eager to develop their skills in process improvement, product design support, and production planning. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, sales, purchasing, and manufacturing teams to improve production efficiency while supporting customer quotations and manufacturing documentation.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCreate basic crate and packaging designs using AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks for customer quotations and manufacturing.\nDevelop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for manufacturing projects.\nPrepare and update work travelers, manufacturing instructions, and production documentation.\nAnalyze and improve manufacturing process flows to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.\nSupport the quoting process by developing accurate material requirements and manufacturing estimates.\nCoordinate with purchasing to identify and secure materials required for production.\nAssist in developing manufacturing standards, work instructions, and process documentation.\nCollaborate with production personnel to resolve manufacturing issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.\nMaintain engineering drawings, revision records, and manufacturing documentation.\nParticipate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities when production issues arise.\nEnsure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational standards.\n\nQualifications Required\n\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).\nProficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.\nStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.\nExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.\n\nPreferred\n\nInternship or prior experience in a manufacturing environment.\nFamiliarity with ERP/MRP systems.\nBasic understanding of manufacturing processes, fabrication, machining, welding, or assembly.\nExperience creating Bills of Materials and production documentation.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous
