Join us in shaping the future of design and manufacturing—your next great adventure awaits!\n\nSummary/Objective\nWe are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to run a variety of CNC machines and help enhance the productivity of our organization. This role involves setting up, calibrating, and operating CNC equipment, performing hourly quality checks, monitoring machine output, and generating detailed production reports for management.\n\nRequirements\nMinimum 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment\nStrong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills\nExtensive knowledge of CNC machine operations\nProficiency in using precision measuring tools (gauges, calipers, etc.)\nAbility to follow clearly defined procedures and work under supervisory direction\nAbility to lift/move up to 30+ lbs.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nRead and interpret technical drawings to determine production specifications\nTranslate part drawings into accurate measurements for production\nSet up and calibrate machines and tools for each job\nOperate CNC machines for tasks such as drilling, milling, and grinding\nConduct test runs to verify machine accuracy and compliance with specifications\nMonitor machine output and perform quality inspections throughout the shift\nRecord production data and prepare comprehensive reports for management\nEnsure all machine procedures comply with company standards and safety protocols\nClean and inspect machines and work areas at the end of each shift\nParticipate in training sessions and safety meetings\n\nPhysical Demands\nRegular standing, reaching, and use of hands/fingers to operate tools and machinery\nFrequent walking and standing; occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching\nAbility to stand and bend for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift)\nRegularly lift/move up to 10 lbs., frequently up to 25 lbs., and occasionally 30+ lbs.\n\nWork Authorization\nApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.\n\nEqual Opportunity Statement\nArcadia Inc. is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
