Candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI eligible clearance.\n\nThe Senior Software Engineer will display proficiency with Power BI, data analysis, data query, data aggregation, data visualization, software development, system architecture, data transformation, data management, and big data technology. Capable of utilizing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes. Experienced in writing complex statements, scripts, stored procedures, triggers, and views implement business intelligence and data warehousing solutions. Solid foundation in, and application of, data warehousing and reporting platform concepts with ability to recommend solutions and drive best practices. Familiarity with multiple business intelligence environments is preferred. Develop ETL mappings to extract data from a source data system (databases, files, etc.), transform the data based on business requirements and load the data into a target data system (databases, files, etc.). Conduct performance tuning of the mappings developed to ensure that the data is extracted, transformed, and loaded in a reasonable amount of time based on the requirements. Develop Business Intelligence (BI) reports using BI software and perform unit testing of the reports developed. Work on multiple phases of the Development Life Cycle (requirements, design, development, testing and deployment) of BI Dashboard and reports. Develop required documentation in support of the development life cycle.\n\nRequirements\nActive Top Secret Clearance/with SCI eligibility. This position may require the successful completion of a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.\n\nBachelor Degree in related field or in-lieu-of degree 4 additional years of experience.\n\nAt least eight (8+) years of Software Development experience.\n\nExperience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs and Microservices.\n\nExperience with source control and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and GitLab CI/CD.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nRobust decision-making skills.\n\n#CJ\n\nThis range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: local market conditions, and candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
