The role involves assisting clients with their insurance needs, including recommending appropriate insurance products and services. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, processing insurance applications, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Building and nurturing long-term client relationships is a key component of this role, as is contributing to the growth and success of the agency through sales and customer engagement.QualificationsProven experience in Sales (Property, Casualty, Life or Health license is a bonus but you must be open to learn this offices process vs. where you learned from.)Familiarity with Finance-related concepts as they apply to the insurance industryStrong Customer Service and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationshipsProficiency in problem-solving and attention to detailActive state insurance licensure or ability to obtain licensing before employmentMotivated self-starter with the ability to meet sales goals and work collaboratively within a team
