Learn more at www.koalainsulation.com.Insulation Technician Requirements:● Minimum of 1 year of experience in precision measuring, cutting, and installing insulation materials (Fiberglass, Cellulose, or Spray Foam).● Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, climbing, and working in confined, non-climate-controlled spaces● Proven ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs independently.● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites● OSHA certification or willingness to complete safety training● Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety in the workplace.● High school diploma or equivalentInsulation Technician Responsibilities:● Install insulation materials, including fiberglass, cellulose, spray foam, and other types, according to project specifications and industry standards.● Measure and cut insulation materials to fit spaces accurately, ensuring complete coverage and optimal thermal performance.● Seal gaps, cracks, and openings in walls, ceilings, and floors to prevent air leakage and improve energy efficiency.● Use tools and equipment safely and effectively, including insulation blowers, spray guns, cutting tools, and safety gear.● Collaborate with team members and contractors to coordinate insulation installation activities and meet project deadlines.● Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including cleaning up debris and disposing of waste materials properly.● Perform quality inspections of completed installations to verify compliance with project requirements and quality standards.● Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns and ensuring satisfaction with completed work.● Keep abreast of industry developments, new insulation products, and installation techniques through ongoing training and professional development.Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:● Paid time off● Opportunities for advancement and professional development assistanceWork Location: On the road
