This role demands a servant leader who can apply agile practices, ensure team productivity, and enhance collaboration in a remote work environment, preferably based in the DMV area.\nThe Opportunity\nThis is a technical project management role that follows lean and agile methodologies to plan and manage product deliveries throughout the development and release lifecycle.\nThe ideal Scrum Master knows how to manage a continuous product backlog grooming process in collaboration with product managers, the integrated product team, and other stakeholders.\nThe Scrum Master helps identify, coordinate, and manage dependencies across teams and performs active risk management throughout the development and release lifecycle.\nThe ideal candidate has experience with lean work management practices, including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban and can facilitate communication between the customer and the product team to ensure quarterly objectives are being fulfilled.\nThe Scrum Master develops and manages product release plans, consisting of frequent production releases, usability testing with users, and management of feedback throughout lower environments.\nWhat you're good at\nFacilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews).\nGuide and coach the team in Agile practices and principles, ensuring the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.\nSupport the product owner in maintaining the product backlog and ensuring clarity of requirements.\nRemove impediments to the team’s progress and address any issues that arise.\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.\nEnsure effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.\nTrack and communicate team progress, metrics, and performance to stakeholders.\nProtect the team from external interference to ensure focus on sprint goals.\nPromote a collaborative and transparent working environment.\nRequired Skills\nMinimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in an Agile environment.\nStrong federal experience, preferably with CMS or similar government healthcare initiatives, is a must-have for this role.\nExperience in facilitating agile ceremonies and coaching teams on agile practices.\nPreferred qualifications\nMaster’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.\nCertified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.\nFamiliarity with healthcare data standards and regulations.\nExperience with JIRA or other agile project management tools.\nCompensation range: $93,500-$128,000\nClosing date: 10/7/2024\n\nU.S. citizen or legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship\n\nBellese Technologies, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
