The Project Coordinator assists the Project Manager with client communications and coordination of job orders through production to ensure project delivery on time, on target and on budget. The project coordinator supports the Client Services team in submitting production samples and work tickets for Print, Data, Postage, and Mail shop work orders.\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nNone\nDuties/Responsibilities:\n\nAttend Daily Production Meeting\nProvide dedicated assistance to assigned Project Managers to assure client communication is timely and accurate\nAssist Project Manager to ensure jobs are entered and delivered accurately on schedule and within quality expectations\nResponsible for coordinating the delivery and logging of client services work orders to the control center.\nEnsure accurate and timely feedback to CRM/PM/internal clients on service failures, status changes, project concerns, or work ticket changes.\nThis role is expected to keep up with project management technical knowledge/skills, mail knowledge/regulations, and best practices specific to company services and products.\nContinually learn new techniques in direct mail and manufacturing platform.\nSupport the Program Manager in Job Order Entry, Proof-Reading, Purchase USPS permits as applicable, execute change orders implement pre-invoicing as needed\nFollow direction of Project Manager to oversee job production and comply with job timeline\nLearn the concept of CANI (Constant and Never-ending Improvement)\nDevelop a basic understanding of the printing processes, letter ship processes USPS regulations as it pertains to 1st class and bulk mail design and compliance\nMust be professional in dress, communication, and actions\nMaintain a clean and safe working environment\nConsistent and Reliable attendance is mandatory\nAll other duties as assigned\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nExemplary associate status within the organization who is willing to work as a team member\nGood communication skills with intermediate or advanced skills in MicroSoft Office\nAbility to develop and maintain smooth, cooperative working relationships with peers, subordinates, and superiors\nCapable of handling day-to-day work challenges confidently and is willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change, shows resilience in the face of constraints, frustrations, or adversity, and demonstrates flexibility.\nAbility to allocates one's own time efficiently, handles multiple demands and competing priorities, and efficiently assigns responsibilities, delegates, and empowers others, removes obstacles, coordinates work efforts across multiple teams, monitors all progress, and gives appropriate real-time feedback for client adherence.\nWillingness to bring all conflicts into open and use them productively to enhance the quality of discussions and maintain positive working relationships.\nMust be able to build effective teams committed to R1 and customer's goals, fosters collaboration among team members.\nStrong math skills\nColor Recognition\nExemplary attention to detail\nEducation and Experience:\nA High School graduate or GED and 2 years' experience in a fast-paced customer service environment Preferred\nA basic understanding of the printing processes, letter shop processes, and USPS regulations as it pertains to 1st class and bulk mail design and compliance\nMarketing Development experience preferred\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to lift up to 50lbs periodically\nRequired to stand for long periods of time, bend, reach and move about the facility\nRequired to grip twist and turn both hands for long periods of time\nMust be authorized to work in the United States and successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background investigation.\nFor more information and details, email Christy -cwhite@resource-one.us You can also apply online at www.resource-one.us\nResourceOne is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
