You'll partner across Engineering, Product, and Operations to solve complex logistics challenges, influence technical direction, and build scalable systems that power millions of deliveries. If you enjoy tackling difficult engineering problems, owning features end to end, and seeing your work make a measurable impact, you'll thrive in this role.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, build, and test the APIs and services that power RoadieXD\nDevelop internal and customer-facing tools, primarily in React, that enable our cross-dock operations to scale efficiently\nPartner with Engineering, Product, and Operations to solve complex logistics challenges and deliver high-impact features\nInfluence architecture and technical design decisions that improve the scalability, reliability, and performance of the Roadie platform\nWrite clean, maintainable code backed by automated testing, thoughtful code reviews, and modern engineering best practices\nContinuously improve existing systems by identifying opportunities to enhance performance, developer experience, and long-term maintainability\nTechnologies\nLanguages: Primarily, Go and/or Ruby on Rails for backend. Experience in other backend languages considered.
