Apply Now The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory management, ensuring timely and accurate billing execution, and supporting weekly surgical case logistics within the territory. This role plays a critical part in operational efficiency, surgeon support, and revenue capture by ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time — and billed correctly. This is a high-accountability role that supports the sales team, hospital partners, and surgeons by driving flawless operational execution. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Inventory Management & Logistics Oversee and maintain all field inventory, including consignment, loaner sets, and trunk stock. Conduct routine cycle counts and reconciliations to ensure accurate inventory tracking. Coordinate replenishment, transfers, and returns to minimize backorders and lost revenue. Ensure proper product rotation and compliance with expiration and lot tracking requirements. Maintain organized storage and transport processes for surgical sets. Billing & Revenue Execution Ensure accurate and timely submission of case billing documentation. Reconcile implants used per case against packing slips and hospital documentation. Work closely with internal billing teams to resolve discrepancies quickly. Track outstanding case logs and ensure full revenue capture. Support documentation processes required for audits and compliance. Weekly Surgical Case Management Coordinate surgical case coverage logistics across the territory. Confirm case details, product needs, and special instrumentation requirements in advance. Ensure on-time delivery and pick-up of surgical sets. Assist in managing surgical calendar and weekly case planning. Proactively identify and solve logistical issues before they impact the OR. Cross-Functional Support Support sales representatives by handling operational execution so they can focus on growth. Coordinate surgeon training logistics and product evaluations. Maintain strict adherence to company policies and healthcare compliance regulations. Keep leadership informed of operational risks, trends, and improvement opportunities. Continuously identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required. Experience in medical device, healthcare operations, supply chain, or related field preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. High attention to detail and process discipline. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced surgical environment. Proficient with inventory systems and Microsoft Office (Excel required). Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across sales reps, hospitals, and internal teams. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as surgical schedules require. Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear protective lead (7–9 pounds) for extended periods in the operating room. Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods (8+ hours). Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and travel between facilities required. To apply, click here.
