Urgent Care Physician - Per Diem

This role is for a physician providing clinical services in an urgent care setting, including treating acute conditions like infections, injuries, and minor illnesses.Requires graduation from an accredited medical school and 2-5 years of post-residency clinical experience, with adult and pediatric practice preferred.Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine and hold an active state medical license.Experience in urgent care or emergency medicine and skills in procedures like suturing and splinting are essential.Responsibilities include examining patients, diagnosing, ordering tests, prescribing treatments, treating minor injuries, documenting, educating patients, and supervising NPs/PAs remotely.Work shifts are typically 8-12 hours, with opportunities to collaborate and supervise other providers.Strong communication, listening, and customer service skills are important.Contact information is provided for recruitment inquiries, with a commitment to equal opportunity employment.
