We are building mission-critical infrastructure for the multi-million-drone era.\nHere, you will work with cutting-edge technologies tested in some of the world's most challenging environments and see your ideas evolve into an ecosystem that helps safeguard humanity.\nThis position is responsible for providing timely user support, managing IT equipment, and ensuring the stable operation of IT services across all company locations.\nOur U.S. office is seeking professionals with the ambition not only to build innovative products but also to help shape the world of the future.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide end-user support for Windows and macOS environments, including account access, VPN, RDP, printers, and Microsoft 365 services.\nInstall, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices.\nParticipate in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning accounts, equipment, and system access.\nMaintain the IT asset inventory, equipment database, and technical documentation.\nPerform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics of hardware and software issues, escalating complex incidents when necessary.\nSupport the day-to-day operation and maintenance of IT services across the organization.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience\nTechnical Skills\nExperience working with Windows 11 and macOS, including installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.\nUnderstanding of Active Directory administration, including user account creation and deactivation, security groups, and access policies.\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory).\nExperience with VPN client configuration and support.\nKnowledge of network printer configuration, driver installation, and print queue management.\nExperience installing and supporting end-user hardware, including laptops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals.\nBasic diagnostic skills for identifying and resolving hardware and software issues.\nUnderstanding of IT asset management processes, including inventory control, asset tracking, and database maintenance.\nBasic understanding of networking concepts and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.\nSoft Skills\nStrong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.\nHigh attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and reliability.\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment and adhere to SLA requirements for incident resolution.\nWillingness to learn, grow, and develop within the field of IT support and system administration.\n\nLocation\nBozeman, Montana, USA\n\nBenefits\nPaid Time Off\n15 days of paid vacation annually.\n5 personal/sick days annually.\nVacation and sick leave accrue on a pro-rata basis beginning on your start date.\nHealth & Insurance Benefits\nEligible to participate in the Company's standard benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.\nAll benefits are subject to the eligibility requirements, terms, and conditions of the applicable benefit plans, which may be modified, suspended, or terminated by the Company at any time.\nEmployees are also eligible for any additional benefits or leave required by applicable federal, state, or local law.\n\nEligibility\nSine Engineering and its employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
