This role provides day-to-day leadership across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring team members understand priorities, have the resources and support needed to succeed, and remain aligned around customer and organizational goals.\n\nThe Program Lead serves as the connection point between team members, customers, functional leadership, and senior management.
